Just wanted to pass on my sincere thanks for all you did to help us out with the bereavement trip last Saturday. Everything went really well; the timing and weather was perfect. Couldn't have been better! Also wanted to thank the captain and his crew for their compassion and attention to what we were trying to accomplish. It was apparent that the captain knew what he was doing and we couldn't have asked for better help with this. We appreciate all everyone did for us and thanks to that; the day was a major success.
